Lola Marie Jones

Lola Marie Jones Born: October 21, 1965 Passed away May 4, 2017 at age 51 after a two year long battle with colon cancer. She was born to Bobby and Corrine (Snyder) Jones at home in Palmyra, Michigan. She went to school in Addison, Michigan. In 1985 she married her high school sweetheart Thomas J. Fowler who joined the Navy. She was a devoted Navy wife and stay at home mother. She was the caretaker while her husband was out to sea and made sure that life stayed the course. They divorced in 2011 but remained friends. She loved to crochet and found great pleasure in making blankets and crocheted dolls for her friends and family. She loved baking, gardening, and being with family. She was certainly a feisty woman and didn't give up on things easily. Lola is preceded in death by her father; Bob Jones, little brother Harold Jean Jones, grandparents, Aunt Lola and Uncle Edward Phillips, Uncle Sonny Snyder. Lola is survived by her mother, Corrine Jones, Sisters: Margaret (Ed) Monarque, Charlotte (Dan) Schwamm, and Rosetta (Chris) Forrest; Brothers: Josiah (Anna) Jones, Bobby (Brenda) Jones, Doug Jones; Daughters: Mary (Steve) Town, Amanda Fowler, Faith (Kelly) Record, grand children: Krystal, Shania, and Rosetta Town; Brandon, Devin, and Elyssa Fowler, and Silas De La Garza.
